Professional vertical pasteurizer designed for pasteurizing and preparing ice cream mixtures and other dessert bases. With its large capacity and advanced programming options, it is ideal for pastry shops, gelaterias, and high-production facilities.

The unit features adjustable mixing speed in all programs, ensuring full control over texture and mixture consistency.

With a total of 52 programs, it offers maximum operational flexibility:

  • Mixing program – for mixing, whipping, and washing

  • Cooling programs – allow selection of the ideal cycle depending on the type of mixture (milk-based or fruit-based)

  • Pasteurization programs

    • High pasteurization: 85°C

    • Medium pasteurization: 78°C

    • Low pasteurization: 65°C

    • Chocolate program: 90°C

The maximum capacity of the unit is 58 liters, enabling efficient and continuous production.
